Little Jam Maker...........

I was excited to try making 

Apricot Jam....

We stopped at 'Benger Orchard'

just outside Roxburgh last weekend .

In the cutest little roadside stall we where

so lucky to meet the grower and owner

Fay......

Oh my gosh she was just so lovely.

Letting us try the different varieties and giving

great tips on how to get the best jam.

We went away with a big box of yummy fresh apricots......

oh and the sweetest knitted vintage bunny to help

over see the jam making.

Well Fay's tips worked and the jam is 

delicious......

Wonderful Mr Warren made a batch

of scones yesterday and it was perfect on top........

so so yummy.
