Hand picked

The apricot tree is on the cusp of being ready to harvest.

We got up today and picked a few ripe ones, but most of the fruit is a few days away.

I found this lovely piece of apricot coloured crochet trim which seemed perfect for keeping the hair out of my face while picking.

Oh the apricots are so yummy!!!!

We have been caught.......

It will be a crime but these treasures need a home!!!!!!!!

For the last weekend in the pop-up shop we are having a sale.

Starting at 10am this Friday going through til Sunday.

We will be going nuts and the prices will be CRIMINAL!!!!

What a great way to end a lovely day that started with a get together with a amazing Miss Helga at a vintage clothing sale. We had so much fun and we both got fabulous frocks that were just heavenly and they fit perfectly. Will show you soon, its so so pretty, thank you Vintage Universe.

Rosy Posy

I do like a good house-coat and you do find they are usually lovely fabric and cotton.

Wearing them as a dress with a tie at the waist works well.

This one has the prettiest rose pattern and we are always a happy vintage girl when its roses!!!

Pick me up......

This is the dress I wore last week, sorry I have a few images and days to catch up on.

This 50's dress I have had for years and its one of those dress that is a comment collector.

Do you have a dress like that??? When you wear it people always say lovely things about it.

Its the go to dress when I am feeling a little yucky or need a pretty fix.

While taking these photographs I saw this fresh green hat in the nest matched.

That is another great pick me up, playing with hats.

Birthday tea..... silver service

Mr Warren asked a couple of days before my birthday where did I want to go for my birthday night?

I said the beach!!!!!!!

The beach it was!!!!

Fish n chips in the boot of Daisy-Boo.

It was just perfect.

After we had tea at the boo restaurant we went for a walk along the beach.

I wore my new dress from the dressmaker in the super cute vintage stripe fabric with little dancers.

Very very girlie.

I was 6 yesterday (you should always add your age numbers together) so the dress was just right.
