Squirreling around Bluff.......
We have had a lovely time in Bluff, what a great place to walk and explore.
The port town is so weathered and everywhere rust has made its mark.
I spent yesterday combing the waterfront finding sea-glass and pieces of smooth china rubbed by their journey in the sea.
Oh I also found a wee starfish, so delicate but very dead.
The sea air is so refreshing, but also makes me feel sleepy.
The chimney in the pic above is of the Aluminum Smelter at Tiwai, Its one of the main industries that supports Invercargill and the port at Bluff.
We have spent today in transit, traveling to one of my favorite towns in the south. "Riverton"
We look forward to having a play here tomorrow.
